It takes just a few minutes to sign you up for Gift Aid and makes your donations for our books go that much further.
Just ask a Bookshop volunteer.
You will find our Charity Bookshop in the heart of Thornbury in the St Mary Shopping Centre. The address is 19/21 St Mary St, Thornbury, Bristol BS35 2AB.
OPENING TIMES
When the clocks go back we open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 4.00pm.
When the clocks go forward we open until 4.30pm Monday to Friday; but on Saturdays we still close at 4pm.
You will always find a friendly Lion or volunteer on hand to help you.
We only ask for small donations for what is in our shop. Suggested donations are as follows:

- Hardbacks £1
- Talking Books £1
- Mills & Boon 25p
- Maps £1.50
- Jigsaws £1.50
- Children's Books - whatever you wish to donate
